The thickness of 2mm is mostly used for national highways and driven by chain. The thickness of 4mm is mostly used for highway and driven by gearbox. And the 4mm is max thickness.

 

For the parameters, it can be equipped with a double-neck decoiler with a max load of 10 tons, which is convenient for uncoil.

Use 2 motors by 22kw, with big power. , shaft diameter is 110mm, roller material is GCR15 with high hardness and long service life.

 

The gear box is matched with universal joint transmission, which has strong power, heavy bearing, faster speed and more stable.

 

Equipped with pre-cutting, saving materials, the length of the finished product is consistent, and the precision is high.

Pre-punching is mould punching, and the punching position is accurate. The broken waste will slide down the holes on both sides for easy recycling.

 

The total weight is 30 tons, stable work and the low failure rate.
