We have two types of big span machine. horizental type and vertical type. Horizental type must divide forming and bending into 2 machines, so that you need at least 4/5 workers to carry the materials to bend. While th evertical an forming and bending together, which can save lots of labor and time, though it's more expensive, but it has high production capacity.

该机器的流程是这样的：牵引➡开卷➡成型➡切割➡折弯。

在成型部分：

材质为GI、GL、PPGI

材料厚度0.6-1.6mm

滚轮台阶约13

辊筒材质为45#钢

功率：成型功率5.5kw，切割功率4kw，折弯功率4kw，锥度功率1.5+1.5kw

我们有 10 种型号的成品。

Type 5 is  the basic model, which will definetely be added in the machine.

我们还有 4 种尺寸的模型。

其中YY600-305(UBM120)和YY914-610(UBM240)是最受欢迎的型号，这两种型号均可以与上述10种型号搭配使用。
