We have two types of big span machine. horizental type and vertical type. Horizental type must divide forming and bending into 2 machines, so that you need at least 4/5 workers to carry the materials to bend. While th evertical an forming and bending together, which can save lots of labor and time, though it's more expensive, but it has high production capacity.

Fluxul acestei mașini este următorul: Tracțiune➡decoiler➡ formare➡ tăiere➡ îndoire.

Și în partea de formare:

materialele sunt GI, GL, PPGI

grosimea materialelor este de 0,6-1,6 mm

treptele rolei sunt de aproximativ 13

materialele rolelor sunt 45#oțel

puterea: puterea de formare este de 5,5kw, puterea de tăiere 4kw, puterea de îndoire 4kw, puterea conică 1.5+1.5kw

YY600-305(UBM120) și YY914-610(UBM240) este cel mai popular tip. iar cele două sunt disponibile cu cele 10 modele de mai sus.
