We have two types of big span machine. horizental type and vertical type. Horizental type must divide forming and bending into 2 machines, so that you need at least 4/5 workers to carry the materials to bend. While th evertical type can forming and bending together, which can save lots of labor and time, though it's more expensive, but it has high production capacity.
Now I'll introduce the vertical type in details.
The flow of this machine is this: Traction➡decoiler➡ forming➡ cutting➡ bending.
And in the forming part:
the materials is GI, GL, PPGI
the thickness of materials is 0.6-1.6mm
the roller steps is about 13
the roller materials is 45#steel
the power: forming power is 5.5kw, cutting power 4 kw, bending power 4 kw, conical power 1.5+1.5kw
We have 10 types models of finished products.
Type 5 is the basic model, which will definetely be added in the machine.
We also have 4 types models of sizes.
YY600-305(UBM120) and YY914-610(UBM240) is the most popular type. and the two are available with the above 10 models.
We also provide a laptop for free, which is used for setting the point of ABC and D.
