1、轻钢龙骨采用镀锌钢带或薄钢板经冷弯或冲压卷制而成，具有强度高、防火性能好、安装方便、实用性强等优点。轻钢龙骨基本分为吊顶龙骨和墙体龙骨两大类；
2、吊顶龙骨由承重龙骨、盖板龙骨及各种配件组成。主龙骨分38、50、60三个系列，38用于非走行吊顶，挂点间距900~1200mm，50用于走行吊顶，挂点间距900~1200mm，60用于走行加重吊顶，挂点间距1500mm。辅龙骨分50、60两种，与主龙骨配合使用。墙龙骨由横龙骨、横撑龙骨及各种配件组成，有50、75、100、150四个系列。
本机器可同时生产两种不同的龙骨，节省空间，独立的电机和料架，适合厂房面积较小的用户。
