1. Light steel keels are made of galvanized steel strips or thin steel plates rolled by cold bending or stamping. It has the advantages of high strength, good fire resistance, easy installation and strong practicality. Light steel keels are basically divided into two categories: ceiling keels and wall keels;
2. Ceiling keels are composed of load-bearing keels, covering keels and various accessories. The main keels are divided into three series: 38, 50 and 60. 38 is used for non-walkable ceilings with a hanging point spacing of 900~1200 mm, 50 is used for walkable ceilings with a hanging point spacing of 900~1200 mm, and 60 is used for walkable and weighted ceilings with a hanging point spacing of 1500 mm. The auxiliary keels are divided into 50 and 60, which are used in conjunction with the main keels. The wall keels are composed of cross keels, cross bracing keels and various accessories, and there are four series: 50, 75, 100 and 150.
Our machine can produce two different keels at the same time, saving space, independent motor and material rack, suitable for users with small workshop area。
